About the venue

Located in the heart of Brighton, just minutes from the iconic palace pier and almost opposite the striking façade of the royal pavilion, grand parade offers a variety of conference and event spaces.

Our Grand Parade building houses the Sallis Benney Theatre, ideal for seminars, exhibitions, conferences and is accompanied with a large foyer and canteen. The theatre can seat 270 delegates in theatre style or 50 in cabaret style. Across the road, our Edward Street building houses over 30 seminar rooms, ranging capacities from 20 to 110 delegates, ideal for large conferences or exhibitions. The Grand Parade hospitality team can provide a range of refreshments for your delegates, from light snacks to hot or cold buffets, or even full banquets. The site is within 10 minutes’ walk of Brighton train station, and there are plenty of pay parking options nearby.
