Our BizSpace site at Preston Technology Centre is a unique combination of bright, modern workspaces - including offices, studios and larger industrial units.

The focal point is the glazed atrium at the centre of the building which houses our communal breakout areas, perfect for relaxing and networking (view the 360? tour here). Customers here benefit from great on-site facilities like meeting and training rooms, postal services and a friendly on-site BizSpace team who are there to help. Being next door to West Stand Business Park, we have a gym, nursery and supermarket on our doorstep, as well as free parking, all within a mile of the city centre.
