Situated in the heart of the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, Santo's Higham Farm Hotel overlooks the picturesque landscape of the Amber Valley.

The original 15th century farmhouse has been expertly restored and tastefully refurbished to retain its original oak beams and exceptional character. Our Conference coordinator is here to take the stress out of organising your corporate events. The Crystal room houses built in audio and visual equipment, is fully air-conditioned and opens onto the courtyard. It will seat up to 100 people theatre style or 34 boardroom style The room can be hired for a full or half day and includes the use of all our equipment. Complete delegate packages are available on a daily or 24hr basis to suit your needs. The Churchill room is ideal for smaller meetings or as a syndicate room; seating up to 14 people theatre style and 8 boardroom style.
