About the venue

Wellness in the workplace is so important and we have the perfect venue for you to work hard and play hard! We offer conference facilities in our Well being Barn with floor to ceiling bifold doors overlooking our Crystal Lake, purpose built for safer swimming and watersports perfect for your team building activity or team away days.

We have a 17 acre site away from any hustle and bustle. Spend the day with us enjoying one of our Retreat Days- perfect for small teams to take part in a range of wellbeing and active exercises. Or hire a Stand Up Paddleboard or Kayak and paddle the time away. Owner Adam Walker is the first Brit to have successfully completed the Oceans 7 Challenge and can provide a Motivational Talk to really get your team feeling positive and ready for anything! Other activities we offer: Open Water Swimming (Including taster courses, all year round!), Yoga Classes (indoor or outdoor), SUP Yoga, Guided Meditation & Crystal Healing, Night Swims, Product Launches and more.
