The meeting rooms at Lancaster have excellent A/V facilities. As standard each room is equipped with PC with internet access and projector. The Hugh Pollard Lecture Theatre has recently been upgraded and is able to offer video conference facilities, DVD and VHS projection, internet access, PA and lectern mounted microphone and an interactive audience voting system. We are confident we can meet all your IT needs and will even arrange IT support for your conference if required. We have two dining rooms. Room 301 can accommodate up to 100 people. It is a light and airy versatile space which is ideal for a drinks reception, chill out zone or small private parties.
